Using new blow-mold technology, the ROADGUARD/2 is a double-chambered, 85 lb. barrier that is stronger and lighter than all competitive Jersey-style barriers. The two chambers are structurally interlocked and brass-bolted together with four strong structural foam-molded polyolefin lugs. The double chamber provides two vertical walls in the center of the barrier, delivering added strength and stability.

The ROADGUARD/2 is Stronger, More Resilient, Lighter in Weight, and Less Expensive than rotationally molded barriers using low-density polyethylene.

• Weighs ONLY 85 lbs. empty, and a secure 1,600 lbs. when filled with water
• Patented locking design keeps barriers firmly connected. Locks with all ROADGUARD/2, ROADGUARD and OTW MB 350 barriers.
• Two (2) fill caps, four (4) drain plugs
• Fork lift slots, hand grips, and positions for lights and screens
• Barriers curve up to 15 degrees in each direction at each connection
• Manufactured with UV inhibitors
• Available in orange, white, and mixed orange/white colors
• Approved as a Longitudinal Channelizing Device

ROADGUARD/2 barriers can be purchased without our Locking Ramp device. Without the device, they will nest with barriers made by Armorcast (Guardian™), Remcon (Guardsafe™), Creative Building Products (Safety Barricade), Off the Wall (MB JSS barriers), among others.

Our locking devices can be purchased separately and added to ROADGUARD/2 barriers at a later date.
